Modern composite engineering

Multilayer Composite Pipe (MLCP)

Modern composite material combining the advantages of plastic and metal — flexible, durable, and engineered for superior handling and long-term performance.

Multilayer Composite Pipe (MLCP)

Overview

Our multilayer composite pipe is a modern composite material that combines the advantages of plastic and metal for enhanced properties in handling and operation. A five-layer structure — PERT Type II, adhesive, aluminum, adhesive, PERT Type II — delivers oxygen tightness, form stability, low thermal expansion, and corrosion-free performance over the entire product life.

Key Features

Five-Layer Construction

PERT/aluminum composite with bonded layers for dimensional stability and oxygen barrier.

Easy to Bend

Fewer fittings than rigid metal pipe — holds shape without spring-back forces during installation.

Corrosion-Free

Smooth inner surfaces remain deposit-free throughout the product life cycle.

Sustainable Design

Metal content reduced ~80% vs. pure metal pipes, lowering production energy use.
